C.A.R.E program
The CARE Program ( Community Awareness & Resilience Empowerment Program)was established to help youths in the community who live with daily emotional pressure and those who don’t have stable support at home or school. Lots of students in present days often carry fear, anxiety, or confusion about their emotions caused my peer, parent, academic pressure and expectations, which can lead to emotional shutdown, conflict, or harmful behavior when ignored. CARE is designed to prevent that by helping students understand what they feel and give them a safe space to talk and reflect.

Within the program, we were able to provide youths the space to relax and heal from trauma and pressure of their daily lives, by hosting meditation sessions, and explaining the cause that hate may build and how to destress, or prevent that from happening. The program was developed in partnership with the NYC Mayor’s Office for the Prevention of Hate Crimes. The goal of this collaboration is to reduce the long-term risk of hate or harm by reaching to these youths early, before those feelings become destructive. The Mayor’s Office supported the program; allowing these youths to feel seen and to give them an experience they never had.

Free Fresh Program
The Free Fresh Program was created because many underserved communities are struggling to even pay for basic resources such as food, water, and clothing. Some students come to school without eating. Some families skip meals to afford other basic needs. This program gives out FREE, FRESH meals to those who need it, while those resources may be wasted, thrown out and unneeded by others, there are plenty of those who do.
We provide meals to youth, parents, and community members through school partnerships and local food drives. Free Fresh was built through community food drives, donations giveaways, and afterschool food programs so no ones goes hungry.
The program is supported by the food drive volunteers and schools that help us distribute meals and reach everyone in the community, where all are welcomed to take.

TIFFA's Largest Public Youth Meditation & Healing Center on the East Coast
New York City, July 16, 2025 – 1:30 PM ET – A group of young volunteers wearing black T-shirts printed with the acronym “TIFFA” gathered in orderly formation in front of New York City Hall today. The atmosphere was solemn yet filled with hope. Cameras turned toward a singular figure: 14-year-old Chinese-American youth leader Jiayi Yue, representing the nonprofit organization The International Foundation of Freedom and Awareness (TIFFA). Amid applause and cheers, Jiayi announced that TIFFA will begin construction of the largest public meditation and mental healing center for youth on the U.S. East Coast.
The center will host renowned global musicians, spiritual leaders, therapists, and mental health educators, offering free healing workshops and guided sessions for teens. Regardless of their background, youth participants will be welcomed with open arms—TIFFA’s guiding principle is to help young people reconnect with society, cultivate self-awareness, and find a healthy, empowered path forward.
Our Objective
The definition of freedom and awareness is different from everybody's personal perspective and perception towards it. Freedom and awareness are terms that have different definitions for different people, but they are closely related.

Self awareness
This kind of awareness gives you a clearer understanding of yourself and those around you. By becoming aware of your intentions and the emotions behind them, you begin to see the roots of fear, anger, and pain. This allows you to consciously choose how to respond, rather than being controlled by reactive emotions.

Inner freedom
People interpret freedom in different ways—some see it as being completely unrestricted, while others view it as the power to achieve their goals. But at its core, freedom is about having control over one’s own life. However, without self-awareness and understanding of one’s circumstances, that control is an illusion. If a person isn’t aware that they’re being influenced or controlled, they may feel free, even when they’re not. Awareness gives individuals the ability to see their reality clearly and determine whether they are truly making their own choices.
